Beirut humidity: a simple routine for frizzy curls
Styled your curls, then stepped outside in Beirut? Start with a simple routine for humid days, rather than adding more and more product.
When your curls look frizzy after heading out, it is tempting to add more oil or reach for a straightener. First check what your routine is missing: conditioning, the hold you prefer, or a smoother finish. A leave-in serum has a finishing role; it is not a substitute for every styling product.
Start with washing, conditioning and gentle detangling that suit your hair. On a humid day in Beirut, keep your routine consistent so you can see what helps. Change one step at a time instead of layering several new products together.
A simple routine for humid days
1. Condition and detangle. Work gently through knots. Choose a routine that fits your hair texture and wash schedule.
2. Keep the hold you need. If gel or mousse helps your curls hold their shape, keep it in your routine and follow its directions. Serum does not provide the same job as a strong-hold styler.
3. Finish lightly. Spread a small amount of Get Glazy between your palms, then smooth through mid-lengths and ends on damp or dry hair. Adjust the amount to your length and thickness. If your hair looks heavy, use less next time.
